PROBLEM: You may be using a browser that has a problem opening our pages or using our system. Browsers where we have encountered problems before include: Safari, Chrome, & Kindle.
SOLUTION: Use Internet Explorer or Firefox. Our pages have been tested on the current versions of each of these browsers
PROBLEM: Sometimes cookies become corrupt. For security purposes, our system will not allow you to login with a malformed cookie even if you are using the correct username and password.
SOLUTION: On the Internet Explorer menu bar, click on Tools ?> Internet Options. Under the section title Temporary Internet Files click on the Delete Cookies button. Click OK to confirm.
Cookies Have Been Disabled
PROBLEM: You will not be able to login if cookies have been disabled in your web browser even if you are using the correct username and password.
SOLUTION: On the Internet Explorer menu bar, click on Tools ?> Internet Options. Under the Privacy tab click on the Default button. Click OK.
Zone Alarm® and Other Firewall Programs
PROBLEM: Zone Alarm® and similar firewall programs may cause problems when logging into the site even if you are using the correct username and password. This is due to the cookie blocking features in these programs.
SOLUTION: Right click on the Zone Alarm® icon in your system tray and select Disable.
Logged into wrong account?
PROBLEM: You cannot find an order in Order Tracking or a company in your login. Often this is because you are logged into the wrong login. You might even have two logins.
SOLUTION: Call us at 866-246-2669 and we can check further.
Correct Email Address?
If you are unable to receive your username and password email from our system, make sure that your are using the correct email address. Our system only sends an email to the used in your login. If you have changed your email address, our system will NOT send you an email. First, try and use the email you started with us. If you still cannot get the username/password email, please call us.
Yahoo Mail Users
If you are using Yahoo Mail and you haven't been able to receive your username and password from our system, first check your SPAM folder. Most system generated mail end up in Yahoo's SPAM folder. When you find our email (from [email protected]), highlight the email and click on the "Not Spam" button to send it back to your inbox. From this point forward our email should be received into your inbox. Second, check your "Mail Options" in the Spam category and make sure we are not listed in your Blocked Email Address list. Highlight our email address (anything from smallbiz.com) and click the "Remove" button.
